Gemma'S Transformation​
Gemma has been training at Lukaris PT Centre since the beginning of the year, with her journey starting slightly before that. In this time she has achieved an incredible 3 stone (20kg) weight loss through consistency and commitment.

Alongside her fat loss, Gemma has made significant strength improvements. In a recent Hex Bar Deadlift challenge, she topped both the 50kg and 60kg categories, taking home two Lukaris PT Centre medals.
​
One of the most impressive parts of her progress is her improvement in fitness. She previously struggled with running, and now regularly completes Park Runs, moving close to breaking the 30 minute barrier for 5km.

Adam'S Transformation​

He has significantly reduced body fat to the point where his abdominal definition is now clearly visible, alongside noticeable improvements in overall physique and conditioning.
His strength levels have also increased substantially, with a personal best barbell bench press of 140kg.
Alongside his strength development, Adam has made major improvements in fitness, achieving a half marathon personal best of 1 hour 39 minutes.

She has developed into one of the strongest female clients in the gym, with impressive strength improvements across her training. She currently leads the leg press leaderboard and continues to push her performance forward.
Jen also regularly attends Tuesday morning circuit sessions and consistently brings effort and intensity to every session.

Tam'S Transformation​
