Pre‑Training Questionnaire
Before you come in, I’ll send over a quick Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire (PAR-Q). Don't worry, it isn't a test and there is zero judgement! It is simply a standard health and safety check. It helps me understand your medical history and any old injuries so I know exactly how to keep you safe and where we need to start.

Private Studio Tour
When you arrive, I’ll show you around my private studio in Ebbw Vale and introduce you to the space and the equipment we might use. . It’s just you and me in a private space, so you can get familiar with the room without the pressure of a crowd. Knowing where everything is helps settle those nerves.

Your Introductory Taster Session
Then we’ll get moving with your 60‑minute introductory taster session. I’ll guide you through simple, manageable exercises so I can see how your body moves right now and what feels comfortable, while you get a feel for how I coach.
