What happens in the first session?

Before your first session, we will have a chat to go through your goals, training history, and anything important like injuries or lifestyle.

Your first session is focused on getting you moving, learning key exercises, and building confidence in the environment.

Rather than formal assessments, everything is coached and adjusted as you go so the session is tailored to your ability from the start.

Do you offer 1 to 1 personal training?

Yes. One to one sessions are available for those wanting full support, accountability, and a completely personalised approach.

Do you offer group or partner training?

Yes. There are options for small group or partner sessions, which can be a more affordable way to train while still getting coaching and structure.

 

Can I get a nutrition plan as well?

Yes. Nutrition coaching is available alongside training. This includes:

  • Simple, realistic meal structure

No extreme dieting or restrictions.
